星曜半导体正式收购韩国威盛(Wisol)天津封测工厂

2025年5月，浙江星曜半导体有限公司(Starshine)正式完成对韩国威盛(Wisol)公司旗下天津封测工厂(天津威盛电子有限公司)的收购。此次战略收购涵盖该工厂生产设备、软件、成熟的封装体系及运营和技术团队，标志着星曜半导体在射频滤波器领域实现“研发设计-晶圆制造-封装测试”全产业链闭环，彻底打通5G射频前端核心器件的国产化命脉。

May 2025 – Zhejiang Starshine Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (Starshine) has officially completed its acquisition of Wisol Tianjin Electronics Co., Ltd., a packaging and testing factory under Korea’s Wisol. This strategic move includes the factory’s production equipment, software, mature IT systems, operational and technical teams, marking Starshine’s achievement of a full industrial chain closed-loop in RF filters—spanning R&D, wafer manufacturing, and packaging/testing—and it solidifies the domestic supply chain for 5G RF front-end core components.

Wisol has been a leader in Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) Filter area since 1992 and established its first overseas production base in Tianjin, China, in 2009. The Tianjin factory, has the capability of boasting large-scale packaging & testing and owns a localized supply chain system.

此次，通过整合威盛天津封测厂成熟的‌量产体系，将与星曜半导体温州5G滤波器晶圆制造基地形成深度协同，使公司具备从晶圆流片到高端封测的全流程自主生产能力。

By integrating Wisol Tianjin’s mature manufacturing systems, Starshine will synergize with its Wenzhou 5G filter wafer front-end base, enabling end-to-end autonomous production from wafer processing to advanced packaging as well as testing.

Founded in November 2020, Starshine has established full-stack RF front-end capabilities in just four and a half years—a record pace in the industry. The company now stands out as a cornerstone in China’s RF filter and module sector.

Its product portfolio includes over 100 SAW, BAW, and IPD-based products, such as transmitting/receiving filters, duplexers, and quadplexers, together with RF receiving modules (SOI, filter chips co-packaged together) and some transmitting modules (PA, SOI, filter chips co-packaged together). Performance of most products are leading compared with domestic peer companies and even achieve world-class level, with multiple solutions already mass-produced for leading domestic and international clients.
